My Mumbai Short Film Festival 2013 was organized by Universal Marathi

Mumbai Oct 4th 2013(Sailesh Gandhi):With the intention to encourage film students and aspiring directors by screening short films selected by mentors Universal Marathi organised My Mumbai Short Film Festival 2013 supported by Directorate of Cultural Affairs Maharasthra Goverment.

The Occasion was graced by eminent personalities from the Marathi film and television industry inculding:

Mr Shivaji Lotan Patil (National Award Winner film 'Dhag'),
Mr. Kaustubh Padhye (Actor),
Mr. Satish Pulekar (Actor),

Mr. Manoj Kolhatkar (Actor),
Dr. Vilas Ujawane (Actor),
Mrs. Anjali Ujawane (Actor),
Mr. Uday Sabnis (Actor), 

Mr. Mangesh Kangane (Lyricist- Duniyadari) 

Mr. Jayant Gilatar (Director & Producer – Rannbhoomi Sadrakshanaay), 

Mr. Datta Jamkhande (Producer & Director of the movie 'Devi Maata Yogeshwari'). 

Mr. Ashutosh Ghorpade (Director of Directorate Of Cultural Affairs Maharashtra Government)

 

It provided a platform to youngsters to display direction skills equal opportunity to actors to showcase their talent, boosting their confidence. This event has opened vast opportunities for actors and directors from Marathi industry.
