Universal Pictures is releasing this Film on October.11.2013

'About Time', a romantic, English comedy has Domhall gluson as Tim, who on his 21st birthday finds out that in his family, the men have a secret, genetic talent (gift) - they can travel in time-they only need to concentrate in a dark room, fists denched & thaen revisit any moment in their life & change what happens or what has happened in their lives. so Tim goes from cornwall coast to london, to train as a lawyer, travels in time using his gifted talent to led girls, tries to find a girlfreind...does find mary (Racheal McAdams) a beautiful, insecure woman, falls in love her...but time travel has its own problems...he wants to perfect it,therefore keeps going back in time to meet her & win her over, but amusingly it happens that he is meeting her for the 1st time again & again...so he has to master this time travel activity & use it to heep himself, heep his sister, save his friends from professional, disaster, even avoid pathetic best man speeches & even once get his pregnant wife to hospital in time through a traffic jam for their daughter's birth.

zoey Deschanel was originally supposed to play the role of mary, but Rachel Mcadams had previously done a similar role of a character falling in love with a time traveller in 'The Time Traveller's wife' (2009) opposite EricBana.
Bill nighy as Tim's father,(a retired academic),Lindsay Duncan as the mother (a gardenning fanatic & an andy warhol loolike) Lydia wilson as kit kat , (the younger sister) are the other very likeable charactors in the movie.
Richard Curtis in most of his movies has an endearing disabled uncle D played by Richard Cordery.
One is reminded of time travel movies like Chris marker's 'La Jette' at one extreme & 'Back to the future' series on the other extreme. This movie is not to be missed & it comes with an unerlined message that we have to live each day twice; first experience it & then again savour it.
