Ali Asgar & Amit Tandon in Jeannie aur Juju |
The boxing match between Ali and Amit Tandon (Rahul) takes place in a bid to prove who is physically stronger. When Ali found out that he will have to box in a very professional manner, he was thrilled to try his hand at something new. Eager to have an opportunity to learn a new sport, Ali was more than happy to discover that Amit has trained in boxing. He asked Amit to teach him the technicalities and tricks of boxing and simultaneously practice with him. Amit, who was equally enthusiastic about the boxing sequence agreed to teach Ali some of his boxing moves. Engrossed in the rehearsal, the actors spent a good 3 hours perfecting the act. Well soon Ali had to learn that very sport comes with its share of mishaps when Amit accidently landed a punch on Ali’s nose! The prankster in Ali could not miss this chance and pretended to be in severe pain, nursing his wound for nearly an hour. A concerned Amit kept apologizing for hitting only to realize later that Ali wasn’t seriously injured and this was just a joke. Taking the mishap in high spirits, Ali brushed off the incident with a light vein and both continued practicing.
Ali, enthusiastically said, “I have never done anything of this sort before and rehearsing with Amit really helped me enact the actual boxing sequence. I received a punch on my nose too proving that Amit is really good with the sport. It has made me believe in ‘No pain no gain.”
Amit said, “I have trained for boxing back in America and I thoroughly enjoy this sport. The fight is shot in a very comical manner so we had a blast rehearsing. While I was throwing punches at Ali, he kept punching jokes at me! Ali took this sequence in an extremely sporty manner and proved that he indeed became a true sportsperson.”
As Captain Vicky and Rahul participate in a rather unique boxing match where Jeannie and Jia use their magic to make them fight, the audiences can expect a hilarious series of boxing rounds.
