Mumbai Sep 19th 2013(Sailesh Gandhi): Onscreen brothers Ghotak and Gomukh Narayan share a unique relationship where they are always seen squabbling but they love each other off the screen. PareshGanatra (Ghotak) and SumitArora’s (Gomukh) friendship is the talk of the town and they often get referred to as ‘Jay &Veeru’ on the sets. But, soon this is going to be a thing of past as they will be seen locked in a serious argument on the show.
This sequence was particularly difficult for these ace actors and it became quite a challenge to perform and enact such an intense scene.
Talking about their friendship, Paresh said, “I have known Sumit since a couple of years now and working together on ChidiyaGhar has only brought us closer. We live in the same locality and car-pool to shoots whenever we can. When we were reading the sequence, we readily agreed that arguing on camera is going to be difficult but surely fun!”
Sumit also commented, “Paresh is like an elder brother to me, who has always been supportive and helpful both professionally and personally. This particular sequence was quiet a task, even though we have been seen arguing on the show before. This shoot was a great experience for both of us and I’m sure it will be for the viewers as well.”
