Mumbai Sep 16^th 2013(Sailesh Gandhi): Action TESA was launched in the year 2009 & over the past 3 years have evolved into “Total Panelling Solution” company with diverse panel product that can adore the wall, ceiling, floors & even applicable for furniture fabrication. Since its launch Action TESA has had tremendous acceptance in the Indian Market reaching a turnover in excess of Rs. 250 Crores in FY 11 – 12. Action TESA is the harbinger of new technology & products that are for the 1^st time being launched in the Indian market, products that redefine the essence of application in interiors. 

Action TESA started off 1^stwith the industry acclaimed homogeneous cored Particle Board made with the Classi Former Mat forming technology that ensures a perfect gap free mat forming resulting into a perfect split & impact resistant particle board. The Particle board range was followed by the thin MDF (2.3mm – 5.5mm) to be manufactured in India for the 1^st time with the state-of-the-art Continuous Roller Pressing technology. The revolutionary DOME Technology ensured that the Particle & MDF panels had a perfect moisture content resulting improved internal bonding coupled with enhanced mechanical & physical properties. Based on the successful launch of the Particle & MDF core panels Action TESA introduced a host of value added products.

Action TESA has been the forerunner of innovative technology driven products that are unique in its application & flexible in design aspect, yet affordable. With a view to revolutionize the panelling industry Action TESA launched a range of innovative panel product that livens up interiors of dwellings or work-spaces. Taking a giant leap in valued addition Action TESA launched the Printed Décor Range in MDF & Particle board, a unique panel that provided the decorative interlude in the concepts of interiors at a marginal cost of a post or a prelaminated panel. Then the company introduced water based Direct Printed Décor Panel Options in Particle & Fibre Boards for the first time in India. For the first time the concept of “Nothing is Impossible” has been really achieved in vertical panels which shall fuel the imagination of the creative designers.  

Turning the concept of high gloss on its head Action TESA launched the concept of Ultra Violet cured solvent free grade 4 green lacquer Coated panels. Action TESA then for the 1^st time launched the HDF core based decorative panels, the Embossed HDF in 3.5mm thickness having exotic embossed impression of varied range murals, wood grains, flowery, grills & even straight lines. The Embossed HDF was followed by the launch of Laminate Flooring which for the 1^st time being manufactured in India.. Action TESA flooring is a solution “Made in India for India”. Action TESA simultaneously launched HDF based Melamine faced Door Skins in moulded & flat version. Action TESA is the very 1^st to launch a totally indigenously manufactured HDF Door Skins in India with a wide variety in Primered, Melamine & Natural Veneer faced. 

This March 2013 Action TESA has launched   new plant of Thick MDF in plain, prelaminated, UV Coated & printed. The new plant shall have an installed capacity 400CBM per day & shall add to the already existing Thin MDF installed capacity of 180 CBM per day.  

In the history of Panel industry in India no manufacturer has launch the exclusive quality of MDF which TESA has launch. Product is a perfect replacement of plywood & getting fantastic response from Indian Customers. It is made from Hard wood that too with German technology. Product response was fabulous & company is flooded with orders since the time of launching. As per experts of this industry product is not only best in India but it is having best quality in ASIA. 

Furniture manufacturer has became fan of routing grade of Action Tesa MDF since problems of routing grade MDF has been solved in the Tesa routing grade MDF. After the routing there are no standing fibres in routed area thus all customers who are looking for routing solutions has finally found there right product.   

The MDF range is certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards under IS 12406 for Plain MDF & IS 14587 for Prelaminated MDF. The product shall be available in Interior & Exterior Grades bonded with the standard E2 resin & on specific customer demand in E1, low formaldehyde emitting resin too. The MDF range shall also be certified by CARB & the FSC in the future. 

In the near future Action TESA promises to push the envelope of product innovation to bring in panel products for interiors to tingle the senses of the interior designers & influencers. With the launch of such innovative products that highlight the interiors of any interior space it’s imperative that such products need to be showcased to the larger audience. With a view to make the range easily accessible & available Action TESA has already embarked on a mission of creating Action TESA Display Shoppe with their Pan-India Distributor network with a 10ft x 10ft exquisitely designed Display Shoppe show casing the total TESA range of innovative products & with the advantage of buying the product from the distributor counter where the Display Shoppe is located. In the future Action TESA also plans to have its exclusive Showrooms too. 

Action TESA is in the midst of active discussion & planning modalities of tie-up with leading retails chains like Evok, Home Solution & HR Johnson for the Laminate Flooring & designer panels like UV Coated & Embossed HDF panels. For the Door Skins the Company is tabling its blue print for a major push with the key builder of domestic & retails properties – DLF, Unitech & others.
