The government is ignoring the demands of train controllers 
Mumbai Sep 11th 2013(Sailesh Gandhi):Two-day seminar was organized. where in train controllers narrated difficulty of having them on the job-and wage discrepancies. They also raised issues relating to management training from reputed institutions. Seminars had persons related to the 68 Chambers and-16 zonal headquarters nearly 300 Controller Head. President of the Association of Program Rajesh Singh, General Secretary Anil Bharda, Adjoined Secretary K. Ramesh, Associate Secretary Sushil Kumar Shally were also present. Officials said the prime minister-and his Memorandum of demands are related., But to date no action on that Occurred. Now is the time for us to meet your demands strict measures otherwise we will suffer.
General Secretary Anil Bharda has demanded that increasing day of work loads is a heavy burdun, and according to Mianbhau Tribunal Report 1969, the limit for the maximum duty shift is 6 hours, if increased not more than 4 hours which includes super intensive roster, in the range of 100 to 150 km, plus better salary along with allowances like Air Traffic Controls.

Chief Controller in charge of 30 percent on the upper grades Gazetted. At the same time with the same 15600-3910 Gazetted of 6600 to 60 percent in the Payband.
