Mumbai Sep 12th2013(Sailesh Gandhi) : The gorgeous Interior stylist and columnist, Nisha Jamwal unveiled magnificent art creations made by celebrity artists exclusively for the noble cause of Child Welfare at Baaya Design!BAAYA DESIGN is proud to showcase unique collaborative art pieces that bridge the traditional with the contemporary. Well-known celebrity artists such as such as ARZAN KHAMBATTA, BINA AZIZ, BRINDA MILLER, SHOLA CARLETTI, GURCHARAN & JAYA LAMBA, have come forward to offer their support for a good cause. Each artist has collaborated with folk artisans from Baaya Design to create one-of-a-kind products that will never be replicated again. Each piece is an object of art, combined with utilty like an art furniture piece or a strikingly sculpted lamp.
These one of a kind art beauties will be on exhibition and open for bidding atBAAYA DESIGN from 12th September – 19th September 2013. The bidding process will close with a live auction on the 21st of September.
Baaya Design extends its support to Catalysts for Social Action (CSA) - the NGO dedicated to the cause of child welfareand rehabilitation.
CSA is organizing its 4th annual charity dinner on 21stSeptember 2013.
These art pieces will be auctioned at this event after dance performancesby adoptive parents! The dance sequences have been choreographed by Sandip Soparrkar– Brand Ambassador of CSA. The proceeds of the auction will be used by CSA for its child welfare activities.
